A log, not a diagnosis
Motif Log keeps one question, such as what affects afternoon focus. A photo or a voice note adds a record to that project and does not start a new one. After enough days, it shows which factor explains more of the result. Health, sleep, and mood use the same log. The result is a pattern in your records, not a diagnosis or treatment advice.
How a record works
Photo log
A photo fills one record for that project. It does not create another project.
Voice log
A voice note of up to 60 seconds does the same. Photo and voice are counted separately.
Confirm
A record counts after you confirm it. An unconfirmed draft or a failed reading is not charged.
The share
After enough logged days, you see which factor explains more of the result.

Health, sleep, and mood projects say this is a pattern in your records, not a diagnosis or treatment advice.
